It’s clear Blizzard enjoys watching Classic burn out and die due to massive rampant Third party RMT sites using bots to kill server economies just so Timmy the Wallet Warrior can buy his 50k Glaives.
At this point Classic is a joke, most people in the Retail Community will actively clown you and laugh that you play such a P2W outdated version of WoW.

I mean this is how you get a Degenerative Community like ours that openly talks about how wonderful the gold they from GDKPs are and how everyone should do it while people in-game are actively exploiting it for personal gain.
You’re not wrong for supporting GDKPs if you aren’t educated on the Risks of it, but if you know the Risks as well and STILL support it then this shows a compromised Moral Code.
This is merely your opinion. I do support gdkps because they have enhanced my gameplay. I enjoy well put together raids and clearing them quickly and gdkps have allowed me to raid multiple times per week on multiple characters rather than just my two I use for my guild.
I play the game more because of them.
If blizzard enforced their gold buying and selling policies, there would be no downsides to gdkp.
How does a GDKP enhance your gameplay when you have literal players you call “Buyers” in your raid that do god awful damage and are undergeared whom you are boosting for gold essentially.
If you want to enhance your gameplay you join a Hardcore guild with no buyers that expects people to parse at 95+ or they get the boot.
We don’t bring “buyers”. Everyone needs to be decently geared and participate fully in order to come. People still need pieces of gear, but the non bis items routinely don’t sell or go for 500g minimum bids.
We expect everyone to play well, but have never taken a cut, basically if you keep improving we keep bringing you, almost like a guild.

A GDKP has Carries and Buyers, the Buyers are often times undergeared Green/Blue players who bought copious amounts of botted RMT gold in order to quickly gear up an Alt/Main/etc.
If someone is joining a GDKP to purchase something, they are a buyer and you are a booster.
You will not change my mind on something as solid if you don’t even have the spine to admit a buyer is a buyer because you want to save face.

We run the same 25 people every week. The ones who pay more get the gear first, if you wait it does get cheaper.
You have clearly only seen youtube videos of gdkps, because your lack of knowledge on the issue is astounding.
We have cleared sunwell since week one, no one was being “carried” we all had bt and hyjal gear. We use GDKP as a loot system for what is a psudo guild basically.
