I don’t think gold would make people last longer. Still not a huge market on the ah. The only thing gold is going to give is vendor purchasables.
It’s interesting how the token is such a divisive thing.
My friend likes it because if he plays enough he can keep a sub going without ever actually paying for it monhtly.

It is sellable on the AH for gold, it is your choice to buy it or not. And it is literally no good in Classic WoW. It only buys game time, which all of us are still doing month to month, or maybe there are some who do the yearly thing. It simply does not matter to individual game play, you have a choice.
This forum has really just become the day care center for the whiny. Blizzard ought to call it what it is, the Kid’s Forums, The Temper Tantrum Forums…
