Unlikely, unless you have an ungodly amount of Embersilk.
If you’re selling other stuff though then yeah I can see that happening, I tend to get roughly that much a day through the AH.

That’s really great. Probably not something one could learn (or set up from scratch) in a day, I’d guess.
Probably the fastest I could think of was when valor boots were high, first couple of weeks.
Otherwise, if your toons are geared, maybe through GDKPs, taking each on a world tour could net 15k+ maybe.

Oh, speaking of which, idk if BoEs are selling reasonably well on your server, but maybe a raid trash BoE farm would be decent-ish gold per hour?
It’s won’t be done with heroic spam. You’d have to do over 100 plus have all of your cloth sell. It would be tough in 24 hours without already having an established business and a few hundred items already listed, especially being outside of the weekend; that’s when 80 percent of sales happen.
Cataclysm mining makes decent GPH, but it’s down to less than half of what it was a couple months ago, my guess is about 1.5-2k/hr, so maybe, but that’s a lot of farming and I doubt the market would soak it all even on a high pop server.
Since it’s last minute, If I were you, and you have the cash, I’d look to get a 2mth game time card from a reseller, those can be gotten for quite a bit less than the average standard monthly rate, then use that time to get your “WoW business,” setup. Yeah, you have to bite the bullet once, but once you get established you’ll have an easy go of it.
Herbing/Miner in uldum would be the best way.
