Hello, I purchased 2 wow tokens this evening. Showed that the tokens went through, account shows the transaction was completed, got my email confirmation that the transaction took place, and the funds were taken out of my account. I have made the purchase in the past successfully and get the tokens within a few seconds.
This time nothing. I have tried logging out, exiting the game, disabling add ons and all of the steps suggested on the “help” page and nothing. Need help please.
I do see 2 purchases, today. I’m not seeing them in your token list either - so I don’t think this is you.
Likely just taking time to process since this purchase is so very new.
I’d give it at least a few more hours to see if they pop in. If they don’t we can certainly investigate further.
Edit: Got word there may be a bug with this. If this hasn’t shown up, you can get a refund on them. Could still just be a delay, but if more than oh, 5 or 6 hours has gone by since the purchase - and you’ve fully relogged - go ahead an pop in a ticket.
I had the same problem. Purchased a token yesterday, didn’t show up in bags. The transaction showed as completed. Waited 24 hours and submitted a ticket. A very helpful GM tried to figure it out but couldn’t find the token anywhere. They said there might be a real problem there and said he would be escalating the issue. They then refunded my money.
I bought 4 tokens, and only received 1 token in my bag. Did all the hoops blizzard recommended and still nothing. Payment from bank confirmed and also according to blizzard the transactions were completed. Wait way past 24 hrs and still nothing. I’m feeling some kinda way about this.
