Hi, I bought a WoW token for gold, was gonna redeem is and then fund the difference to race change to undead. Well, after I pressed to redeem the token nothing happened, the token left my inventory (searched for it with/without addons, completely gone) and my balance is still 0. Wrote a ticket but that’s about 25 hours wait average. Is there some way to get this fixed or I am just out 160k? Also I can’t even just pay full for a race change because it says that my character has a token. Thanks.
The WoW Token has been temporarily disabled due to a technical issue. We should have Breaking News up shortly letting folks know.
Nothing should happen to the token itself, as it you won’t lose it, it just cannot be used until the issue is resolved and system re-enabled.
