Do I have to buy them one at a time or can I buy in bulk like if I wanted 4 then pay a one time payment of 4?
They can only be purchased one at a time, I’m afraid.
You can carry ten tokens max at a time, though! But you can only carry either the Shop token or the AH token at any time.

You’d want to make a suggestion like that here.
Keep in mind that none of what Blizzard offers in the shop is available for bulk purchase, if I recall. It’ll likely be all or nothing, which may take more time than they want to put forth.

No bulking due to it being a Real Money Transaction. Legally you have to do it one by one.

Shouldn’t make a difference. I can buy stocks in bulk not one at a time.
Not the way blizzard built the system one at a time no bulk option.

Yes, it does matter. Blizzard has decided on single purchase over bulk - probably for a number a reasons including rules that govern such online transactions per country.
