I definitely understand that due to the world-wide pandemic of the covid-19 has slowed the responses coming from the blizzard customer support team. But even before all the chaos, it seems like making tickets has become more and more of a hassle. There are all sorts of loop holes and barricades nowadays getting through to a GM is nearly impossible. And when you finally do manage to get through to them, they reply with an article that provides answers not entirely relevant to the issue you are dealing with. What is up with that? Why has the blizzard support team become so dumbed down that you can’t even make a classic ticket anymore? I mean yeah… GM’s are notorious for leaving robotic replies that are pre-written… but lately it’s been the worst of the worst!
blame the people who keep opening tickets for things which GMs can’t help with.
…and then there are the people who refuse to accept when they’re given the correct response, and open not one, but 8 tickets… and clog the system for people who are in need of genuine support.

Blizzard’s default answer to tickets is “look it up on WoWhead”. I don’t blame them, either.
Imagine the stupid things people open tickets for, probably the same ones who complain here constantly.
sure… if you open tickets asking for game hints.
(which people shouldn’t be doing)
