Arena Solo Shuffle queue.
I was disconnected when entering the arena, as healer. Logged back into account within 1 min, received a 2h deserter debuff ‘no show’.
Please fix. Thanks, sincerely one of the only healers remaining queueing shuffles.

This is a P2P troubleshooting area. If you’re encountering a bug, report it in Bug Report.

unsubscribing all 3 of my accounts, will not purchase any future mounts, boosts, or shop items given these ridiculous deserter debuffs.

Read my response again. P2P troubleshooting area/forum, as in, there are no staff collecting data from technical support.

P2P means player to player, for Tech Support forums, that is it’s soul function with little preview from development. This does not appear to be bugged, in the other post OP made someone pointed out the patch notes from TWW 11.0.2 where this was intentional, so Arena subforums would be better.

The Debuff appears to increase with each leaving queue. I think we should get down to the bottom of the disconnect personally. As a player, being able to see what lead to you disconnecting would be hard to know, but let’s try this and see if it subsides. Scroll to the connection issue page from the drop down box.
