When are the Wow mop classic ptr realms going back up?
there are 2 realms and they have both been offline for like a week now, is there any way to check the status of it or to know when they are going to go back up?
Unfortunately PTR for both retail and classic are managed by the development team, and not officially supported. In a player to player discussion forum, tech support likely will not have this information until development posts. Since MoP has been officially released, it is likely the PTR will be down until development has additional needs for external testing. If that status changes, development usually posts through one of the testing forums.
These posts can be viewed usually on sites like MMO Champion and wowhead.

what about for vanilla classic ptr?
There is no specific forum for Vanilla Classic PTR at this time. As players, we have no idea if there will be another one. You could post in one of these forums that best fits your topic instead:
Quetion, in a technical support forum, when a player is asking said tech support a question… why is a fellow player giving an answer when they clearly don’t have an answer? When asking about server status, we would like a tech support rep(I dunno the technical term), to give an answer. “We as players don’t know the answer” is what I got from both of those replies.
Because these are peer-to-peer forums. Posters in the Support forums (not to be confused with Service) help direct users to where they can get help, if any is available.
Devs do not post in the Tech Support forum. If there was info for PTR realms available, it would be posted where Elocin mentioned above. Devs and community managers aren’t just holding back info waiting for some random forum post to ask about said info.
