WoW Loot for Prime Gaming Members: Get the Crown of Eternal Winter

Exit the game, delete your cache folder, log back in and check it.

Also: mine was on page 6 of my transmog helms. So it’ll be buried in there.

they are warning us of the great purge of the world of warcraft gamers. it’s all a conspiracy by papi bezos to get rid of all blizzard’s customers before atvi is bought.

@blizzard where I apply for a refund?

I paid for those items on mop and was for a limited time item and now is for “free” with Amazon Prime.

I mean, I think everyone should be able to acquire those so pls don’t get me wrong, but I can’t ignore the fact that it’s a bit shady acquires a RMT item if you’re going to give it free.

Pls I want my refund.

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with them bringing back originals.

I bought the Jewel when it was on the shop and I have ZERO issues with them bringing this back. They need to do the same for more FOMO items as well.

Deer god

It all makes sense, the pieces are falling into place!

Jeff Bezos was a Rift fan! He wanted revenge on Blizzard all these years for killing his favorite game!

Refunds are only after 14 days, and the item itself had fine print that tells you terms can or will change. Anything you buy from them can or will go on sale or eventually become free. Each expac itself becomes free after it’s over.

OK… was not planning to respond to this because y’all are trolling IMO… but no.

What they do is sell it to a data aggregator that has data from other sources, Facebook, google, etc.

Then interested parties like insurance companies, advertisers, Political parties, firms employers hire to make sure you’re working etc. buy it de-anonymize it because that’s literally easy to do (because they data has geo-location data down to your block). Then use it to do things like market directly do you (least offensive), get you fired (most offensive, has happened an entire company literally sold this as a service during the pandemic), or to funnel you into a political rabbit hole (2016, 2020 elections).

I wish I was making this up… Jon Oliver did a segment on it and you can watch him if you don’t believe me. Just because this is the way it is… doesn’t mean we have to consent and contribute to it. That’s all I’ve been saying.

Those helms were on the store for like a decade. And you don’t get a refund. You used them longer than people who get them now, so you got your money’s worth.

unless you charge back. but that will get you banned permanently. but honestly that’s not a bad thing. i dont want to play with a greedy refund goblin that gets mad about something they purchased for 30 bucks a decade ago.

Actually, they are asking you to sign up for prime gaming. They even provide you with a link so you can sign up. I wonder how much of a kick-back they are getting from the $15 per month fee.

Yea I want a refund too!

I bought the base game/tbc/wrath/cata/mop/wod/legion/bfa and now they give them away for free when you buy the latest xpac!

This happened to you the moment you stepped onto the internet. The only way to avoid it is to remain offline. Put up an ad blocker if you don’t want targeted ads. Send things to your spam folder if you get emails.

I doubt you’ll get fired for having Amazon Prime. People get fired for dumb social media posts. Don’t be on Amazon during work if you don’t want fired for that.

I’m Doing it.
I did In end of cata and I will again. Thx to remind me that.

Cheers.

Nothing wrong for YOU do not speak for me or others.

I also bought them when they were on the shop and i have MILLIONS issues with them bingining this back.

Though I bought these the first week they were available, I’m glad those who missed these can get them now. I used crown of winter a lot early on when I still liked playing DK and forsaken, and it still with one or two transmogs. I use jewel of the firelord with this particular transmog I have on—which I sometimes wear on 2-3 characters—as well as my warlocks that are not gnome nudists. I only use hood of hungering darkness for “clown suit”-style mogs because I don’t care for it as much though I used it a bit early on.

There was a topic just a few days ago asking about these store helm mogs, so at least there’s a little bit of demand for them. I wish they were available again on the store for every person who missed out to purchase besides prime members, but I’m at least glad that some who never had a chance to buy them will get them. The more dark irons rocking jewel of the firelord the better, IMO.

What are these “millions” of issues you have then?

There’s nothing shady about it. They tell you up front the terms of purchase. You agree to it.

I just bought the big pack for Dragonflight. And I know in just over two years from now, it’ll get bundled into the other expacs for free. And the upgrade will go on sale and someone will get that for really cheap.

But guess what, I still had it and enjoyed everything for 2+ years. It’s up to you to make the decision on whether or not digital goods are a good thing for you to purchase. But they’ve always had these caveats. They do with every game.

Hell even buying physical copies of games was the same because those go on sale and some are given away for contests.
