WoW Loot for Prime Gaming Members: Get the Crown of Eternal Winter

Well I mean its to be seen, given if OW is part of netgear, then china may not be too receptive to OW2 with what blizzard said on twitter.

Thats fine. So you’ll get them for free like 5 years after their initial release.

Way to stick it to blizzard! Thats really gonna hit them hard in the wallet!

yawn

As an avid pet collector that managed to obtain Bananas (TCG) only to see it released as a freebee to everybody a decade later. . . I say NAY!

cool give us the Tabard of Arcane etc next . Might aswell then at this point . Make it a bundle .

omg relax i doubt Blizzard or Amazon cares what you do

Well, Xi Jinping hates video games and really wants to cut back Western influences, so there might not be much going to China for awhile.

DI raked in $24 mil and it is going to cost people $40 to play OW2 beta, so who knows what other money grabbing tricks Blizzard has up their sleeves. They seem to be trying hard to get all they can out of people this year.

Maybe move then?

Get a free mount for buying Pepsi. Nvidia is offering gg armor for every overpriced 3090 purchased.

Where will this stop? In game ads on top of a subscription, this should be fun. Its like the Oasis if Nolan Sorrento would have won.

That’s going to be a no for me dawg.

You literally had years with the transmogs before today, and even if you bought them from the ‘See You Later Bundle’ you still had over 3 years with those transmogs before today.

Get over it.

Do you act this entitled whenever a video game is given out for free on Epic that you purchased even if you purchased it years ago as well?

Wow, aren’t you the snarky one. Everyone has the right to an opinion without getting this kind of stupid reply.

Guess it’s time to retire my horns if everyone is going to be using them, thanks blizz.

Would be nice if I could at least give the free ones to someone else who doesn’t have prime.

If you’re the type of person who gets worked up because someone else gets something you had access to for a minimum of over 3 years and a maximum of just over 9 years, because they’re an Amazon Prime subscriber, you deserve all the ridicule and snark you get.

Imagine going into a retail store 3 to 9 years after buying a product and having a whinge about people getting that same item from a promotion. You’d be given withering stares from any employee that had to deal with you and people in the store would also think you were being an idiot and completely unreasonable.

There is a bug with store mogs where they randomly disappear from people’s collections, for random periods of time. It has been an issue for years. Blizz recently claimed they fixed it, but people are reporting that it’s still happening. That may be the problem you’re running into.

Or give us a FoS achiev to the original owners of the helms. Saying something like this: Proud owner of the helms that were retired and now back for free.

I would accept it if they give us a FoS.

I mean, you’re going to have to accept it anyway because you’re not entitled to anything after having access to the mogs for 3 to 9 years.

If they had only just put these mogs on sale, and then gave them away to amazon prime subscribers a few days later, then I’d understand the outrage, especially if you’re also an amazon prime subscriber, and then I’d expect Blizzard to offer refunds for those that purchased the helm mogs.

But after 3 to 9 years? No…

WoW Mountain Dew pet

No, not quite. It was a Dell laptop in 2007 for almost $5k and includes access to all future Betas.

NVIDIA did a contest for a all expenses paid Blizzcon trip in 2009.

We paid for all the expansions of WoW, that are now free with a subscription. We spent hundreds or even thousands over the years for those and now they are free.

I even go to the store and the have offers like “buy one get one free” and I used to pay for that item! Now people get it for free?

I dread what will happen when people look at Steam and see the summer sales or bundles. Man, so many free things just given away that others paid money for. /s

I don’t have Prime and think the helms are ugly, so this is kind of no big deal to me. They did clearly state before putting them in the vault they would likely be back. Images of that statement were already posted. They are not even rare or exclusive. Anyone who wanted them bought them.

Now, if it was something actually rare, that would bother me.

Just wait until these people discover the Epic Game Store and the free games they hand out.

They’ll have a meltdown.

My point exactly. All these advertisements on a premium service. To the highest bidder goes the promotion. These little trickle in promotions is the foot in the door for ads. Today, its a mountain dew promotion, a spot for amazon gaming or a promotion for a certain processor. Tomorrow, Nolan Sorrento opens up the Pure H2O protocol on the Oasis.
