This is not a legitimate dispute for a chargeback and will only make things worse for the OP, which can instead be solved by contacting the gear store customer support.
When the chargeback fails (because it’s not even a matter of if), the OP cannot go to their customer support after that. They’ll see the investigation and won’t help.
He paid for an item and didn’t get it, you arent going to get a more legit reason to start a chargeback……. Just start one and let your bank deal with it.
