Attempting to purchase wow Gold, standing in the Auction House, with the Token purchase screen, it goes to “Please Stand by, This will take a moment” and goes no further, had the window open for 10 minutes, is this broken. Not going into Purchase window.
Usually when that happens, it’s security software blocking the transaction or there is an issue with the payment method. Been seeing that crop up a lot lately with the other services.

If you’re having trouble completing a purchase using the in-game shop this would be my recommendation as well.
Sometimes there are programs that use overlays - like screen recording software or UI programs. Those can also interfere with the in-game shop pages. Usually if that’s the case, you’ll see a blue or black screen but I’d still recommend shutting down any programs like that as well just in case.
