You should! The application process can take a while, so even if you’re not sure about it, you should still get the process going.
And the other MMOs have done a better job on a fraction of the budget.

I said that because someone was parsing my post. (like the forums usually do.) We’re supposed to be talking about the game and someone is zeroing in on that one thing I said about wanting more women in the industry. If you’re looking for an argument look elsewhere.
I mean, wow is still doing the best job at the content I prefer.

Take your own advice. People should be hired for their qualifications and ability to do the job. Not based on race, gender, etc.

Whatever you say buddy, have a good one. 
The other problem is, how do you prove without a shadow of a doubt that the people you hired were the most qualified when an agency comes knocking wondering why only 20% of your workforce is women, or 10% is minorities.
We were getting crap once over having no minorities in a business I was in up north… the population of the area is like 98% white… are we supposed to import minorities to work there?

Actually the reason there hasn’t been a good WoW expansion in many years is clear now. We don’t like SL, we didn’t like BFA and sorry but Legion was no gem either. I’m hope they do stop WoW development so they can take a step back and fix their work environment then hire talented people that know how to make a quality product again.
There is no reason to keep putting out meme expansions that are in a constant Beta test. Blizzard should come out and apologize for their bad products and then try to do better.

considering a lot of the people hired i used to work where forklift drives and you needed state certification to work there and instead of actually having said certification they just gave the wemon an hour of training and said good luck

You’re like the guy who sticks his finger in the hole in the damn… eventually you run out of fingers and the dam collapses.
They’ve lost a massive amount of subs. Now they announce dev has been halted for the foreseeable future which is only going to drive more subs away.
Then you throw in hiring minorities and women to diversify the workforce even though they may not be the most qualified which results in the continuing downward spiral of game quality.
Things aren’t looking so good for your favorite MMO.
I like the Rebirth guy’s idea. Get back to basics instead of coming out with useless system after system and calling it new content.

I was, yes. I have not been happy with this game for quite awhile, but especially since Legion.
Forced diversity hire is just the most ridicolous idea ever, and does not help anyone whatsoever.
Add to that, that it adds even more resentment into an environment that you might just perceive as being sexist and or racist. You are literally forcing someone into a toxic hellhole.
They didn’t “announce” anything. One dev tweeted something about not a lot of work being done. There is no official “No work will be done for the forseeable future.” Not sure where that is coming from.

Sounds like an optimal time to release a fresh Classic server. That requires basically zero development time and gives players a lot to do.
Was already going to be taking a break when my sub runs out on the 7th till whenever the next patch hits so 
No other MMO has what I want, so I’ll just play something else. Fall gaming season is right around the corner anyway.

Is it really so hard to understand that some people like or have liked this game, but possess enough foresight to see that the direction the game might be heading in is not the direction of a game they want to play? I don’t think i’ve ever seen any posts asking for another wod, but that seems to be the direction we’re going.
