That’s fine, but it’s not a good reason to wish for the game to die. I’m also suspicious of the cast of characters filling up these forums with anti-WoW rhetoric and advertising for other games.
WTH are you even talking about?
Oh, it’s L-O-S-E, by the way.
Thank you for the quote. My thought is that it’s hardly surprising. They are too busy playing victims over being sued. So that’s the nasty side of me. The other side of me says as long as it is only a few days/ maybe a week it’s okay to have some time to adjust. Any longer than that, go back to nasty me up there.
Ranted a little. Someone saying it’s not fair for people to loose their jobs and all.
More likely since the beginning, and most likely even before WoW. What happened when they were developing the Warcraft series of games? Diablo? Any other games that Blizzard and Activision have worked on? How many victims are there really? That is a question that will not likely be answered accurately.
Semper Fi!
Might want to read who they’re talking about again. They’re talking about the people low on the totem pole who will be affected by this game dying. Not the people involved in the issue.
And it’s L-O-S-E.
I mean, all I’m saying is I still enjoy the game /shrug
At this point, blizz has no choice but to go FF14 style and basically scrap whatever expansion they were planning after Shadowlands and basically reboot the entire game, but to an even greater extent than cataclysm. It’s gonna have to be nuclear.
There is no chance that will happen. People that keep thinking they are going to nuke WoW and reboot it/make something new are drinking the crazy juice.
They won’t. They won’t put that much effort and money in this game.
They have been spending years trying to find a happy medium of how little effort they can put into this game, and still make a boatload of money.
The passion has been gone for a long time, and a total reboot of the game is not on the table.
Maybe it’s bc everything you post makes people want to stab out their eyes.
You love to see it.
Keep it up Devs. I support you!
Demand action!
You’re probably right. Which is sad since we may be saying goodbye to the world of warcraft.
No King rules forever my son.
Yea, the people low on the totem pole will be let go and contracts will end. It’s all about money.
It’s all about the profit. Let go of x amount of people save x amount of money for the quarter and all.
Is crap but it happens. And the people furthers and lowest on the pole will pay the price.
I wish it wasn’t true, trust me.
I don’t want this game to die, either.
Good! It might be a good time to reevaluate the game direction instead of continuing to run the assembly line of garbage. If they keep doing what they are doing, the hole is going to get even deeper. If they are smart they will use this opportunity to change course.
I don’t think he is saying that. We want the game to die because it’s a really bad product. Then maybe Blizz will finally get it through their head and start listening to what gamers enjoy in a game to make a great game again.
If WoW dies it’s the ONLY way there can be redemption. It’s better than continuing on putting out meme expansions that are a constant beta test only for those that enjoy monetization.
Blizz been invaded by DRAMA-QUEEN Creepy-jo Liberals, All they wanna do is PROTEST, and RAG a good company into the Ground!
Fire all the MElennial & Zoomers!! Bring back OLD Skool Devs with a focus on Game Making & Entertainment.
LIBERALS RUIN EVERYTHING!
While you’re right that forced diversity can be difficult in places with low diversity, that is not an excuse in California.
Los Angeles is one of seven California cities that are in the top 10 for most diverse cities across the entire U.S..
Non-Hispanic whites are a minority in California, and has been for a very, very long time. SO when a company based in California has low diversity… it’s sketchy.
Gotta consider the environment too!
And harassing co-workers. No thanks.
