The promotion states specific eligibility requirements which unfortunately your account does not meet. Other players, who were in your situation, have spent money to renew their 6-month subscriptions in order to meet those eligibility requirements.
It wouldn’t really be fair to others, who have maintained active subscriptions or who renewed their subscriptions for this, to alter the terms of the promotion after the promotion started.
I am sorry that you received an email reminder with inaccurate information that set an incorrect expectation. Your frustration is definitely understandable. I wish you all the best regardless of where you choose to continue your gaming.
