Wow Companion App Network Error

I cannot connect to WoW companion app. I have checked other posts and tried to uninstall and re-install the app and checked if app has permission to run on carrier network, but still get “Network error” message. Works fine on wifi.

Edit: I forget to mention my phone is on T-Mobile 5g.

T-mobile is the issue. Known issue.
