Iām assuming we have to login to the game client to reserve the names? Iāve had some issues with hard drive space myself, and want to try out Classic, but donāt have enough hard drive space to install it yet. But I also donāt want to miss out on my character nameā¦ 
RP-PVP is only Pacific. It is going to be a lag fest for the eastern players. That sucks but at least they gave us one.

I agree Faerlina seems really random next to the other four realm names.
Can I get some love for Faerlina?!
I believe everything is hosted in Chicago regardless of where it has the realm listed. So youll be good east or west

For those stating LA & Chicago for the reason there arenāt any CST servers, Chicago is CST. So technically there should only be Pacific and Central servers, no Eastern. Just saying =P.
Hey so, This might sound silly but i havenāt seen it written down anywhere yet, thought itād be nice.
What are the different types of servers and why?
I know what the PvP, RP, RP-pvp, and PVE is.
Whatās Normal? Or are they just saying ānormalā and itās only PVE? no PVP? Or is it PVP and PVE and you get to decide? Cause Iāve never done an RP server.

Normal is what Blizzard traditionally labeled PVE.
Are all Emerald dream folks going to the Rp-pvp even if youāre not on west coast? I live on East coast so i hope ping isnāt a issue.
So if iām looking for something we have had recently, pve and pvp. It would just be a PVP server? Or RP-PVP. What if i donāt stay in character? O.o
Itās fine if you donāt RP you donāt however want to grief or harass people that do care and do Rp. Other wise you will most likely get reported and shunned from a % of the community if youāre a bad enough troll. Just be respectful and no issues.

Faerlina was a priest and botanist in life. I assume she had connections with the order that became the Scarlet Crusade. All PvP realm names have The Scarlet Crusade in common. My 2nd thought would be they had a pool of Naxxramas related names, considering we saw Stalagg(Stress Test) Grobbulus and Faerlina. Overall Iām not sure what lead to the lazy naming 
Probably didnāt wanna go with OG names when making so few names and come off as picking favorites.
I personally feel with how low the pop cap is with vanilla servers they already have more servers to launch as well believe it or not. All servers are going to be full Iām pretty sure but we will see.

The western servers are in LA, the āeasternā servers are in the Central Time Zone of Chicago.
What if iām looking for PVE, but sometimes world PVP. Like currently we get to decide warmode on or off, so is there something like that? RP-PVP?
would PVE have no world pvp? tough choiceā¦
cause on PVP youāre either horde or alli. thatās it.
I played this last stress test right when it came out and the server filled up with a 3000 long que and I can tell you they had the refresh rates turned up. āBossā mobs that were supposed to be on a 5 min timer were spawning in 1 min intervals (though you would still get backlogged there). So Blizz should have a good idea how much they need to layer and have the spawn rate set to.
