Cataclysm Classic: Spellbook shows "Summon Incubus: See your trainer" but trainers do not offer it

I have a Level 23 Blood Elf Warlock on Maladath server in Cataclysm Classic. Under the demonology tab, my spellbook shows a talent, “Summon Incubus”, which is highlighted with a starburst symbol and the words “See your trainer.” However, the trainer does not have this spell. Even with all filters (Available, Unavailable, Already Known) enabled, the spell does not show up anywhere on the list. External resources suggest that I need to pick up a quest from either Gan’rul Bloodeye, or Cazul. B…
