I have a Level 23 Blood Elf Warlock on Maladath server in Cataclysm Classic. Under the demonology tab, my spellbook shows a talent, “Summon Incubus”, which is highlighted with a starburst symbol and the words “See your trainer.” However, the trainer does not have this spell. Even with all filters (Available, Unavailable, Already Known) enabled, the spell does not show up anywhere on the list.
External resources suggest that I need to pick up a quest from either Gan’rul Bloodeye, or Cazul. Both of these NPCs exist, but they are green in color (where all other Orgrimmar NPCs are still yellow) but Gan’rul simply says “What is it”, and Cazul has a longer pre-canned response phrase. I have confirmed I do not have any quests pertaining to this (such as “Devourer of Souls” which seems to be the required quest chain.) I do seem to have “Summon Succubus” already but I do not have “Summon Incubus” which is the one in question.

Happening on my alts as well. I’m glad it’s not just me!
Since patch 9.2 in retail , you are supposed to go specifically to the warlock trainer in the Valley of Honor’s Barracks, Khazak Darkspear, but I will point out that I went to him , on Lightninghoof server , in Orgrimmar and he is NOT offering me the ability to switch between succubus and incubus like he should.
I think you might be right , It is bugged.
If you go to silvermoon or undercity warlock trainers, they do not have the succubus/incubus option .
Note: I tried a backslash reload ui and it did not fix him!
Still bugged after Cata live
Still bugged for me as of 6/2. I submitted a ticket and they told me that there is a quest called, “The Binding” to unlock your succubus/incubus. The problem is that there is no quest being offered by anyone and nothing available in the trainer. I will mark my ticket as not resolved and see if I can figure it out.

Yep… In my spellbook to “see your trainer”, but no trainer in Org or Undercity have the quest.
It appears that the quest have been removed in cataclysm as it is a quest to learn ‘Summon Succubus’ in Classic era and TBC. In Cata you train the spell (Summon Succubus) instead of doing the quest, so the bug seems to be on the spell not being available on the trainer.

Have level 20 warlock on Bloodsail server and it is still broke as of latest maintenance.
Same issue. Likely every warlock seeing this.
Lvl 30 - Cleft of Shadows in Orgrimarr. Pick up the quest from Cazul or whatever his name is - he will send you just outside to talk to another bloke - then the quest takes you to Ashenvale where you need to kill Bark Rippers for the whithered scarf Once you get the scarf - take it back to Org and head out to kill the Incubus just like you did for the succ - Youre welcome
I have that quest and I’ve killed 70+ mobs for the scarf. nothing

Found a work around, you can go to a demon trainer and abandon succubus to learn to summon it. cost 50g though
Nope. The option Abandon Succubus only summons a new Succubus with another name, and it still costs you 50g. I lost about 300g by trying his.
8/18 - Having the same issue. It’s absolutely insane how this bug STILL persists despite literal months that have gone by…
