WOTLK would kill Classic

How long do you expect people to play Classic? Eventually its going to dwindle down to the most hardcore few unless they continue to m0ve forward

Seeing as forever vanilla was the design goal, people should be fine with that.

Im all for post vanilla content, on separate servers. Progressing classic servers onward is a no go

Okay, but there’s also a “lot of us” with interest in TBC or WotLK.

Fortunately, those of you who aren’t imterested can continue playing Classic in happy bliss and be entirely unaffected.

You cannot handle being farmed 24/24 7/7 by level 60s while leveling? Then roll on a PvE server as I did quite simple, as for high level killing quests givers I didn’t saw this happen in my server yet.

Would you care if retail servers went down because of classic?

Then why should those that want Wrath servers care if if hurts classic servers a little?

No they aren’t, with the possible exception of Nostalrius at its peak. Not sure if you’re aware of it, but there’s a WOTLK private server that is by FAR the biggest private server going now. And it was that way even before Classic launched.

Yeah, mmos need progression to keep people interested. When the time comes blizzard will have to make a choice on where to take the game after naxx has been out for awhile( probably well before then though). I would imagine most people would move on through tbc and wotlk if they came out but we still have a ways to go before then.

Sounds like to me that you’re another retailer who can’t PVP and projecting his hopes for Classic’s failure.

Stay in retail, leave us alone to enjoy our game.
Other than that, yes, any expansion will start a chain reaction that will transform Classic to a retail number 2.
