WOTLK Timewalking scaling issues

The week of 1/9/24 seems like the time walking scaling is a bit messed up. Almost all boss abilities (ran a HoL) are one shot.

Yup… Ionar is one shotting my whole group.

Can confirm, my group quit because we couldn’t get passed Ionar. Static Overload doing 18k damage in 1.5 seconds. No heal in the world can save you.

right now seems like it might just be HoL. Was able to run FoS with no issue

The last boss in the Nexus and the trash on the way to the tree boss are one shotting people as well.

I too ran into trouble with the time walking this week 1/9/2024. Ran HoL and Ionar were way too much. Hearing there are other over-tuned bosses as well. Please hotfix this blizzard! <3

I ran into issues in Nexus with the Keepers buff, it one shots melee. Also had issues in HoL with Ionar and Arc Weald one shotting people.

Was able to kill Ionar with our group spreading out and killing him before he cast static overload 5 times but yeah each static overload cast is a one shot unless you can immune it. Flame Levi in Ulduar is one shotting the vehicles too.

Also ran into the 1 shot bug in Halls of Lightning. Certain abilities were hitting for ~20k and one-shotting us with only 5k hp. Gave up at the second boss.

Keristraza’s Aoe was doing half my health with the first tick, it should not be doing that.

Crystalline keepers (the smaller tree mobs in the ice hall) in the nexus are one shotting tanks and aoe killing my pets.

Intense cold ( the dot on Keristraza) is chunking my hp. Anything over 1 stack is killing me and other party members.

Same here Ionar hit me for 8k. I only have 5k lol

Crystalline keepers bark buff is doing 2k damage a tick every hit, last boss Nexus freeze ticks for 2500-4k, everyone mentioned Ionar already. With 5-6k health a lot of this is rough or just unplayable.

Agree, the nexus mobs to the tree boss and the final boss are way overtuned

Started in Nexus, group left, finished with another group just powering through it. Then I went into Gundrak and it was fine, now I was ported into HoL and scaling is messed up again.

Good to know that I’m not alone.

While we wait for a hotfix, what are the folks here on the East Coast and/or Central America eating for lunch? I had some Impossible Nuggets.

Just also reporting here that Im experience the same thing, specifically:

HoL, the first and 3rd boss, their zappy zappy lightning effects are way overtuned.

nexus has some issues. intense cold off last boss you cant get more than 2 stacks or you die and the keepers before the 4th boss have crystaline bark that has to be purged or it will pretty much 1 shot people

Confirmed. I mean mechanics are one thing, this is a whole other thing, managed to get 3 done with same group then we hit a wall at Ionar.
