no they don’t. You must either make due, or make a new toon. Great choices i know.
If they allow you to use the portal from that phase (which is visible at least in SW), then we can reacquire the quest and try again.
I’d corpse ran past UC mobs to thrall and varian even though it said it was at sewers stage, and it started working + I wanted to actually do the scenario, so I dropped the quest + it finished and kicked me out. If it let me back in I’d accept the quest inside and try again.
blizzard please fix this. havent been able to use auction house or class trainer for days

Same here, Varian and Jaina stopped at the opening to the sewers, stood there, and vanished.
Same issue…Thrall was nowhere on top. Ventured into UC found him and Sylvanas, talked to him and he did circles around throne room did not engage in fight. Even managed to down Varimithras but still nothing. No way to turn in or get out of timegate. Had to go to Silvermoon for training, AH, etc.
Managed to push through and get 80 using Silvermoon for spells, AH etc but please fix this now. It’s ridiculous.
Yeah, I made it to 80 but the only Honor gear vendor for deadly off pieces is on Org. So, now everyone is getting mad PvP gear and I am stuck with Honor Cap. Please fix!
This is easily the most memorable part of the leveling experience, why was it even allowed to launch in this state? Jaina wouldn’t make a portal and after manually travelling to Tirisfal, the NPC that was supposedly added to reset the phase doesn’t even exist for me
We should have all been reset to the default phase after the recent hotfix, however…
I’m not able to turn in the quest at any NPC. Zidormi is nowhere to be found in Tirisfal Glades, and I don’t have access to the phase where the correct Thrall or Vol’Jin are available. If I abandon the quest, I don’t think I’ll be able to accept it for the same reason I can’t turn it in now. Is there going to be a fix for this… fix?
I can confirm that Zidormi is missing from both the Horde and Alliance locations.

I can confirm that if you abandon the quest you won’t be able accept it again since quest giver Thrall is in the phased Orgrimmar.

As of 2:42pm EDT still no Zidormi. Just confirming what we already know.
Just to add. I did get to throne room. Thrall still runs in circles, and demons rush you. No Varian, or other NPCs other than Thrall and demons.
1:51pm Eastern no Zidormi. This is kind of ridiculous.
so if fixed its self after someone elts phased in and got the quest started. i was waiting for like an hour but someone elts doing the quest wile i was inside fixed it
worst thing… is I can’t buy pvp gear 
as honor gear only sells in orgrimar -can I suggest blizzard that u give a option just like retail to be in quest and not - maybe like a super obvious NPC at every gate and portal u could enter by
I was able to get un-phased from the battle for undercity (I could not see any NPCs in org or undercity) by: Teleporting to Undercity from Dalarin, walk through the sewers and out the pipe into the are outside undercity, then I talked to the Mage creating a portal and took his only option and he un-phased me.

Why the hell is this still an issue? Joyous Journeys is back and now I can’t do the quest because Blizzard refuses to fix this issue.
