My biggest issue is most the rewards are just old models with a different coat of paint. It’s a normal gryphon model with a glow effect. I already have a gryphon with a glow effect… and there are gyphons with no textures… and gryphons with armor. The pets are old pet/npc models with the same glow. and the armor models have been used like 3 times now since legion with just different colors. You get gear that is almost as good just from farming heroic dungeons and with how fast you can clear heroics and mythic 0s the gear is even more pointless then it already is for being replaced in 10 minutes in TWW. Id rather have a fun event that gives nothing over a boring one that relies on forcing a grind for recycled cosmetics.

JUST WAITED for her to spawn last quest i need and she just doesnt spawn and it resets for another 1 hr . Went to exit game its updating some sort of patch hope this means they fixed it ?

I was just watching South Park while surfing the forums and sort of got sucked into watching the tv for a moment and realized that it’s 7 minutes past 9:30 here.
Which means I missed the only place and boss I need to have done all three again.
I have to wait or just try again later!
Yes it’s terrible and now we are stuck at 5/6 events that spawned so we can’t even spawn the last boss…

I’ve played every expansion and the pre-expansion events, and this feels absolutely terrible. I don’t know what they thought they were making, but I’m re-thinking my expansion purchase based on this. I hope they figure out a way to make it fun or at least rewarding before the next reset.
You do know theres like portals in Dalaran to all the zones and portals glow when their zone is active? Like Dalaran Hearthstone every 30 minutes and go use portal.
As for length it will get faster as time goes by similar happened with Dragonflight prepatch don’t want you to just complete it all in one day and start complaining there’s nothing to do.
Yeah, it freaking sucks. Just missed a boss spawn because of a DC. There’s another 90 minutes of my life I’m not getting back. Screw whoever greenlit this event.

It’s sadly pretty wretched. You can get into a farming spot and tag mobs, but it’s pretty monotonous. Doing on an alt just gives two rewards for the monotony instead of one. Wee.

This event is so bad. I am questioning whether to even buy the expansion. I played on my alt mage. I’ve never been more miserable playing an alt in my life. The travel time for an under level 20 toon is insane. The damage and survivability requirements for later parts of the event are not feasible. The Ragnaros boss had so much health we knocked it down only 15 to 20% after 15 minutes of fighting. the boss kept spawning adds that each took a minute plus to kill. After we got it 15 to 20% down, there were too many adds and everybody abandoned ship.
Also the drop rate for resources is terrible. Its even lower than the pandaria mix when it came out. By my guess it would take almost 10 events (30 to 45 minutes each) to equal a single bag. I ended up buying 2 30 and 2 16 bags after about an hour of event grinding.
Finally the experience from the events for alts is terrible. I’ve done other events like this and alts leveled super fast. This is the slowest alt leveling event ever. I hit 2 levels in over an hour of play. Previous events I would get 4 to 6 levels in a single event. This is almost equivalent to what you get questing. Please fix this heap of garbage and either train or fire the team that put this out here.

Definetly. IDK why they keep adding events on freaking long timers. The Shadowlands prepatch was better with the 15 minute bosses.
