Does anyone know what mods these guys are using to run their game where you bet on if there worn troll dice will roll higher or lower then 7?

They are bots. There’s little to no bot enforcement so they end up making a profit before ever having to rotate in another account.
Its the same person/people doing the games on every server. Best thing to do is Mass report them as bots and hope that blizzard does something about it.
Not True but if you are referring to players with Power as a prefix in there name then yes those people are bots (Powertoss,Powerrollz ect…) i have seen those people on every server
yes 100% those are the only ones i have seen and i report them all the time
i could upload a addon on curseforge and ruin casino’s in wow lol because if everyone was running the games then no one would really play
or blizzard could just ban them altogether
