I’m having trouble with getting in ALL my characters. Whenever I try to log-in, it gives me the prompt “World Server is Down”. The only solutions that worked for me is using my phone hotspot OR using a VPN but these options are not economical and practical for me when I already have a WiFi at home. I tried resetting my UI, updating and disabling all my AddOns but I think the main problem really is with my main ISP.
Anyone knows a fix for this? If it helps, my ISP is PLDT in the PH

If it’s fixed by using a VPN or a cell hotspot, then, I’d personally recommend reaching out to your ISP.
Try some basic troubleshooting too, like rebooting your PC and Internet connection first though.
Same issue with same ISP (PLDT) . Only option for me were the same solutions you presented.
Try restarting your router and computer. Make sure there are no windows, driver, or a Bnet update. I had both a Chrome and Bnet update today. Sometimes those can cause login issues if not updated.
