If you can’t even use PVP gear in world pvp, then just remove it from the game. There is only 1 server with actual world pvp left, Grob. So why not just remove it? It was a bad idea from the start.
Remove factions, horde is dead anyway thanks to human racial being OP.
Spirit bond and healing is the most broken garbage in the game in open world. The developers are smoking crack when they put that in.

Horde is actually meta in this expansion… but dummies don’t understand that. My next character is horde UD 100% chance. STRONGLY considering mage because its so fun.
