I dont know if anyone else is having these same issues, but blizzard support just perma banned one of my accounts for “hacking/botting” when I have not or never used any of these programs. I finally got a long weekend off from work and I forced my self to stay awake loaded up on energy drinks and played for a day and half and my account flagged as a bot. This is how they reward someone playing their game too much. I have several subsciptions with them for years. I have wrote tickets and got automated messages back repeating I broke policies when I did nothing but play that game as normal just longer than i usually play. I wrote many tickets until a person told me to stop making tickets and they will no longer look into it posting the same policy post but not saying what my account did wrong. I remember when support used to be alot more helpful but now it seems this game is done for.
Did you play 36 hours straight?
Or 18 hours and then slept for 6 and then played for 18 hours again?
I also have the same problem, and apparently it has happened to many people, they do not give an answer and I have also had my account for years and I have never used any type of external program, and it seems illogical to me that this is happening.
They have given you an answer you disagree with, is different then not giving an answer. Regardless, you have your own thread.
They give automatic responses, it is the same case that he has, and that several in the forum are presenting if you have not realized, so how can there be several people presenting the same problem?

This is how i know its a timed thing of online play. i had 2 accounts i was playing same time and one account I logged off around 24 hours. The one I left on once it hit around 30 hours it was instant banned.
And I agree, they should ban everyone who uses a bot, but I don’t use that crap, why do they give me a ban for using something I’ve never used? And apparently several people are having that problem.
Ok well, a human doesn’t stay up for 30 hours. When TWW launched, I was home alone for the weekend, woke up at 10am, but by 4am, I was dead, even with 1.5L of monster energy drinks in me during the day.
I agree, nobody plays for 30 hours straight without stopping, but that’s not the issue here, but rather that they are banning for “hacking” something that I at least have never used and they don’t give me an answer or help with this problem so that they can investigate and see that I never used that crap.
no youre saying YOU dont stay up for 30 hours. I have stayed up for longer than 30 hours, im a shift worker we get used to working long hours. Just because you cant stay up that long doesnt mean no one else does.
