When I select a quest in my log, to view what area to go to, the indicator is missing. Also, the question marks for completed quests are missing. The only quest indicators are ones available to pick up.
Already did a Scan & Repair, addons, etc. Anything else I can try?

Proper reset https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549 instead of just delting uninstalling addons.

Click the tracking magnifying glass on your mini map and make sure “Track Quest POIs” is checked.

All the above are good recommendations. My only question is there a world event going on in that area at that time. Occasionally, we have seen cases where those have interfered with the indicators showing - while the event is in progress.

No World quests available to this character, and don’t see them on the map.
Which zones? At 111 you would only see the Legion ones and Invasion ones in BfA zones.
Thank you all for responding. All were good ideas. Problem was finally solved by: /console cvar_default. Also the World Events showed up, also.

I was having the same problem and this was my fix. Tried resetting the UI using the uninstall addon method and turning on points of interest to no avail. I’m curios what caused the map to lack the quest indicators in the first place though.

First, it would definitely be recommended to open a new post rather then pull back a post from 2 years ago.
It would help to know which world quests, and if you have fulfilled the requirements to access world quests.
Also, a full ui reset would still be recommended, though I know you stated you did, but uninstalling addons is not a full reset, https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549
Also, try tracking a different quest, I have had it where some quests being tracked caused the world quests in a zone to not show until that quest was no longer tracked.
