A little up to not forget our demands
I’ll never understand why people have an issue with an actual bipedal wolf race having something as normal as a tail as well.
Honestly I’m surprised we didn’t get any new ear options this expansion. You could very easily do something as simple as up right ears for worgens to have them more wolfish instead of the side ears. Then again we hardly got anything in general. Just recolors of things we already have that you can do in photoshop in a span of 10-20 minutes for everything.
I’d like more ear options for sure.
Aww so fluffy!
If I met them in the wild, I’d be like “Aww you don’t wanna eat me do you? You just want a hug! I’ll give you cuddles, ju- ow, what are you doing? Ahh! AAAGHHAHAGHHH NOOOO-”
Which is probably how you ended up a death knight, huh?
I am as surprised as I am disappointed that Blizzard has said something about new options in the future and has talked about any improvements and further creation of options on worgen and other races.
It seems that blood elves was the only one that the devs had a burning desire to gather as many options as possible. Even those that allowed purple blood elves to look like ordinary blood elves.
The way is to keep talking about it until Blizzard says in all its lyrics that it doesn’t want to deal with it.
It would be, for me, one more reason to stop investing time and money in Warcraft.
I would like worgen to have the best posture options, without hunchbacks. Just like the orcs.
More customization options for eyes, ears, tattoos, earrings, jewelry as we are seeing created for other breeds. May it be possible to add a tail to compose a more lupine look to our worgen.
Let them all be made as options for each one to choose the ones they want to use.
Was about to say lmao
Send worgen to the Horde.
Let’s just send you.
Certainly, there will be many orcs wanting to know about the care of a needy human.
Given his response you just know they’ll enjoy giving him their hospitality.
Ha.
Good to see you back Grayphus.
It’s good to be back.
I said that I would be absent just to renew my energy, after a disappointing Blizzcon that just showed and talked about nothing that I could want.
It is a pity to see the forum so full of discouragement promoted by Blizzard itself.
worgen cosmetics could have brought more life. It would have been more real content and not more repetition than we have had so far.
This caused many longtime players to become disenchanted with the game and its poor management.
To have targeted something for worgen and other breeds, as we see being addressed to blizzard over time, would have been a welcome and inexpensive move for the company.
We can only continue to play the drum, then.
I guess that Nightborn players would say “Hold my beer”
Joke aside, race cosmetics as a whole would have brought more life indeed.
Think about it: With more custom options, you can make even the most unimportant character (like a blacksmith) a little more unique aside of his clothes.
I’m talking of redoing Vanilla to Legion characters with any new customizations options, decreasing the “cloning effect”.
But for that we need far more options for many races and few new faces even for human.
It would be a ton of work but i think it could be worth.
Unfortunatly, Blizzard seems dead set to not work on any customization options during Shadowland while we know that they have a stock of it already done. (asian type face showed in preview not released by exemple).
I guess that now they have done their “virtue signal” works by adding a black skin for many races, they are not interested to invest time on the selling point of Shadowland.
Damn if the problem is time, swallow your pride and just ask help from the community: There’re talented artists who have already done few customizations options “just to see if it render well”.
Put in place a system where they could send their work to be implemented in the game.
As a reward, you could paid them with an exclusive ingame item like an unreleased mount color or stuffs no longer available.
The added customization literally made me play new races and level new alts… more time playing the game. I don’t see why they gave up on some races, especially the ARs, when its good for the game to add more options. And like others have said, it really shouldn’t be too hard to have a small team working on new stuff for each patch.
It is so depressing that they may never improve customization. After seeing what else they say is “ongoing” or “will be worked on soon” I feel like we won’t get new stuff for another decade if at all. Not to mention heritage armor which seems to not be coming soon either despite them saying it would be.
Maybe if they worked more on cosmetics, balancing, and actual content instead of complicated systems to throttle our play we could have fun stuff.
I will forever be mad about no pure black worgen fur. Maybe I’ll get it in 2030!
I’m kind of shocked they did void elves and didn’t do Nightborne tbh.
Please give us all of these especially tails. I would love to finally look balanced with a tail and be big furious wolf beast. The furry stigma is really annoying though. People may just like being a werewolf because they are cool.
Among other customisations I’m reinvigorated for the possibility of Worgen monks, too. It’s just such a good fit…
Nightbornes are a clear example of Blizzard’s lack of serious investment in delivering something well done, not incomplete.
And it is not for lack of being explained by fans of the breed, where the problems are and how to fix them.
Except for what happened with the worgen, I have seen people expressing disappointment and disgust at the distant appearance of the models seen in the game, which make them be considered ugly and, as with worgen, this undermines people’s acceptance and interest in the race.
I started seeing more worgen in the game after they received limited improvements in appearance and customization.
But by the looks of it, Nightbornes will receive the same treatment reserved for worgen, and have to wait for at least 10 years to start being better cut.
Both need better customization.
But my interest is that worgen get customizations that add the options of having more varieties of colors, better heights like in lore, more lupine looks with customizable ears and snouts like those of vulperas, upright posture like orcs, tattoos, earrings, jewelry, use of hairstyles, tails and other things that will allow each worgen to be more unique, immersive and fun.
We want the worgen what everyone wants so that their favorite breeds can be experienced as much as possible.
I am sure that more customization would be cheaper and more satisfying than creating new systems that generate controversy and less expensive than for 200M for unfulfilled goals.
