Hey guys, blizzard has blueposted about this bug in the bug reports (so it’s definitely a bug), and there is a workaround for now

Can't Change Worgen Human Form

There IS a workaround. If you set your worgen form first, then go back in and do ONLY the human form, ONLY using the arrows, do not hit the dropdowns, you can set it and it won’t change your worgen form.
