Affecting my male Worgen as well.
I am having these issues on my male worgen druid.
Spent half an hour going back and forth trying to change both the way I wanted. Failed for the most part. Please hotfix this asap blizz! We need to spiffy up our dudes! 
Hey guys, blizzard has blueposted about this bug in the bug reports (so it’s definitely a bug), and there is a workaround for now

I also cannot change my appearance. So very frustrating!
Amusingly enough, figured that out myself. At least its a workaround until they properly fix it.
It affects males and females.
