Has anyone come across this? I can hearth to my garrison and be fine, then when I go to my shipyard and then come back, my castle is gone as well as everything else except the ppl. After getting my last follower, I hearthed back and now I just fall thru the earth then get disconnected. I try to get back into the game with my toon and same thing, falling disconnection etc… never ending loop. If anyone has some suggestions please let me know. I tried to do the stuck thing but that option doesnt come up for me…

You’re not the 1st, not sure what you can do but this is GD, you need CS.

I came across this issue today while questing in WoD, only quick fix I found was everytime my garisson disappeared I would log out in front of the mailbox in my garisson then log back in and everything would return back normal. However every time I left my garisson it would go back into camouflage mode lol. And had keep logging and relogging back in.
I had to sit in a chair and fall into the earth, get disconnected then reconnect to see my Garrison. Leaving and coming back didn’t work… also barber chairs are broken for me as well, barber doesn’t activate and the chair just vanishes lol.
I cant believe how much I am in the minority on garrisons… I absolutely loved them. Like all things WOD, there just wasnt enough to do in/with them from a collaborative aspect… didnt they say we would be able to have garrison vs garrison encounters when they annouced it? And going on missions to rescue followers.
