" Witness of the Kirin Tor" title only for Alliance players?

I only got the title on my Gnome mage and not on my Horde characters.
Is there any Horde players having the same issue?

I start the quest with my Goblin mage, but Gnome mage is the only one that has the tilte.

"Witness of the Kirin Tor" title not given

After completing the “Fate of the Kirin Tor” achievement, the title reward “Witness of the Kirin Tor” is not given. I have tried relogging, switching chars, fully closing game and relaunching, nada. Edit: My alliance chars have the title, but not my horde chars, not even the one that actually completed the questline/achievement

No, it’s just broken.

My alliance characters don’t have it nor my horde characters.

Looks like i am lucky enough to have the title on one of my characters. I just hope Blizzard isn’t bias on the Horde players not getting the title. If is a bug, than i am sure Blizzard will fix it.
