Note that this function does not require a conversation or any response from Blizzard. Once the player reports, that’s it. The devs will fix it if and when they choose to.

Please Fix, i had to restart my client or exit the dungeon completely 2 times because of this bug still, if you kill the water elemental too quick after it spawns, it doesnt spawn the set of 4 droplets to kill after and proceeds to not spawn any more water elementals. This occured on 8-14-2020, on Proudmoore as a Beast master Hunter. This can be replicated by simply proceeding into the wise mari room and attacking the water elementals and killing it as soon as it spawns. 100% success rate on reattempting this.
