Winterspring Quest Avaliable But Can't Start The Quest

Hello!

I’m trying to start the quest called “Winterspring” in Azure Span, but despite it showing up as “Avaliable” at the map, it’s not avaliable from NPC’s to start this quest. It’s so frustrating, i can’t anything related to this quest, so I think that I must be missing something in order to be able to start this quest.

I need help!

same issue- someone put a ticket in and blizzard said “part of the magic is discovering new quests”… what?

They refuse to fix it, refuse to answer tickets about it. I have the legendary staff quest done on the character it bugged on so it’s not like I can just go do it on another character for the extra quest/reward.

I have the same issue and after placing two tickets, I keep getting told to check wowhead on how to proceed. :expressionless:

Hey I am having this same problem too. I am doing the blue dragon flight campaign questline to see if this is a pre req. Will post again if I figure anything out.

lol cUsTuRmEr SuPpErT responded to me with something even more laughable. I told them how there was a map marker but no quest to get.

So, they told me to abandon the quest and take it again.

I swear…if this is the level of brains we have at Blizz, then this is never going to get resolved.

GMs don’t give game hints, so what were you expecting?

i’m sure there’s nothing stopping you from figuring it out yourself.

it’s part of the The Veiled Ossuary storyline.

Find out where you are in the chain using a quest completion tracker.
