The que issue hasent been ignored at all. It’s been addressees just not with the answer you want.
They have given a offical statment nothing can be done other than you transferring.

The transfer was to help with the ques not to remove them. Never was a garente given you would not get ques. Only that they would be better controlled was. The ques are vastly better on those realms exactly as they said they would be.

I moved out of the larger towns for exactly that reason. I live now on the outskirts as mainly work from home. Works really well.
Not true, we say to transfer to make the ques better massively different.
Also ques is a correct accepted short fourm for queue in informal English. The first one was a typo it happens.
It’s quite dense to call a typo the inability to spell.
Also using all caps is a sign of low intelligence. This has been proven in case study’s also as a note.
