Can’t seem to pinpoint what quest I’m missing to get this or where to go. I’ve tried WoWhead with no luck. Can you point me in the right direction? Please and Thank you.

I actually was able to find the answer. WoWhead is telling me Thaldraszus but when I looked up the achieve in-game, it says in Zeralak caverns.
