I honestly can’t remember if they added that as a feature. I really want to change my human priest to a draenei priest.

Only way to switch classes is to reroll another character.
A way to change your name is to delete your toon, have another account take that name, and then restore your character and have a name change be required since their name is already taken. It’s a risky move, though.
There’s another way around the name change. Transfer your character to another server. Make a new level 1 character on the original server with the same name of the character you transferred off. Then, transfer your original character back to that original server. It will prompt you to change your name upon successful transfer.
Costs 2 transfer fees… but you wont need access to another account or anything like that.
