i uncorrupted a 450 shield a day before the patch notes and the effect was getting buffed to double the amount of time.
I opened up a ticket describing it and then at the end put “Its not my fault you guys don’t test your game before a patch and have to make drastic changes throughout the live game. I would have not uncorrupted the item if it was currently working as the upcoming changes claim. I would like the item back please and thank you.”

Edit: They said they wont restore it. AWESOME! keep every corrupted gear never know when theyll buff it 110%!

They haven’t given anyone a reversal for corruption yet. Questions asking based on tuning if they will allow restoration have been ignored. Don’t hope for much.

You might get further if you’re nicer about it. The GM might see the attitude and decide not to help you, if they can. You can word it that you didn’t see the changes without bashing them.
There was a post under general discussion that the GM response stated corruption restoration was out of their hands. The GM suggested going to the forums…
I’m sure they’ve become immune to that kind of behavior by now. But corruption is really out of their hands. The developers stated they wanted corruption cleansing to be final. Just like flying it’s going to tak a huge uproar for them to change it. I don’t see that happening. Mainly cuz people hate the corruption system as it is.
What if you delete the item then use item restoration
