That’s better than not at all!

First choice is going to be Sethrak for Worgen AR counterpart on Alliance. But I am not gonna whine if they go Horde. I like both factions. :woman_shrugging:

And why be upset when a race you’re excited for gets added?

No one knows if they are the final allied race but Blizzard. They probably are the last for BFA, but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if more came in 9.0 and beyond.
I used to think they were still “sub races” meaning there would be one allied race per original race.
Its sort of true.
The big thing that threw the wrench in the works was Zandalari and Kul’tiran. They are very different than any other race in the game both visually and thematically.

But still, assuming they are similar at all to trolls and humans, Undead for the Alliance certainly seems possible.

I hope they continue the concept regardless of what direction though.
I’m interested in seeing how the whole thing works out for 9.0 with the new leveling, DKs, and heritage armor.

We got a few options available.

Horde- old race thats already in the horde like ogres/ Taunka/

Recent races that joined the horde - undead night elves/drogbar through highmountain.

New factions. Tolvir and mogu are new factions. The ui shows 2 slot spaces for alliance and horde. Nuetral allied races have never been a thing but they could make one of those too.

To add to what i said earlier now that i have time. I am all for new races and allied races dont get me wrong the more the merrier. But i really dont like wanting a vulpira and not having a class or even a spec to play with it.

I finally leveled a warrior past 20 he made it to 60 earlier new best didnt get tired of him

Got 3 mages of 3 race’s one fore every spec

Rogues have been changed so much i dont1 really like them any more but have all 3 specs on different races most played one is the outlaw version

This is my one true dk

1 demon hunter

1 warlock my original longest lasting toon

3 monks only 1 that gets played occasionally

Shadow priest that was a pain to level i dont care for healing and inly do it on my monk when im tired of dps so i will jever go through the pain of leveling one again. Got it to i think 80 was cata max level and it sat there till the end of wod when i leveled her through invasions

Hunters have been so neutered and changed that they arent as fun as they used to be and are a whole lot squishier too. I have like 9 play 1. I make a new one everytime the rotation is changed to figure it out then go back to my main 1 is my og character from vanilla is no longer with us

And like 3 druids varing levels never being played ever again

Saberon for Alliance, but I want them to have more of a Lion King vibe with long flowing manes and paladins. Something like this:

I think a Lich would be great for the Forsaken, but Blizzard would probably never do skeletons sadly. What with the Chinese taboos and all.

Well, one blue “Kind of” did; What she said, if I recall, was that they certainly could do more allied races but like other stuff it would be most likely that they’d be in the “Allied race expansion” (meaning BFA.)

These certainly are likely to be the last two in BFA, maybe.

I would love a saberon race, some did come to azeroth through the bringing of mag orcs, tho i haven feeling those wont happen…yet. But maybe in future hoping

Lightforged undead are obviously being set up to be a thing, but i’m not sure who’ll want them. They’d just be white/pale humans or zombie models. Not sure if the horde would dig that or any Alliance wants to touch the undead when they’re all hyped up about Vulpera. Literally know people with literal rep alts solely to grind vulpera. Don’t know anyone going after lower bone zombies.

I really really hope so.

Because that means the worgen skeleton AR is free for the Horde. And we brought Saberon back with us from the Mag’har scenario.

I’d rather they not waste time on cosmetic garbage this game has become world of mount/transmog craft and the allied race are just another worthless cosmetic to add to the list.
