There’s a few quests that you can pick up at level 40 (I think 38?) that have some pretty decent rewards, just wondering if y’all think ST will be locked like how Gnomer is currently.

ST is prime level 50 content so it will be locked, yes. I dont think quests take you there at 40 though. lowest trash mobs are like 45.

It’s only gonna be locked if it’s the 50 raid, which is likely. We’ll know soon.

Horde having access to a FP very close to it (Stonard) is a nice contrast to how Gnomer is alliance favored in p2 plus it works well with the level cap of 50. Also just seems like they’re going for that type of dungeon layout since it’s fairly easy to convert into a raid.
The thought of a Sunken Temple raid makes me clench up in agony.

Most important thing is that ZF won’t be locked. Imagine the gold per hour the bots will make in there. A single potion gonna cost you 5g after the economy is trash.
Yep, everyone is too busy blaming GDKPs though, when mass dungeon farm spamming is what actually injects gold into the economy
is gnomer locked? I’ve seen the engi patterns from last boss on AH already. I know they locked SM.
Well GDKPs are what people buy gold for mainly.

The panel at blizzcon said bfd and gnomer… and hinted at a new scarlet raid for level 50 and a new karazhan raid for level 60. Sunken Temple makes some sense but I wouldnt like it as a raid.
as much as I would love this, BRD already contains some of the best itemized gear in all of vanilla - SGC, the enchanting armor trinket, HoJ. as cool as it would be to see improved raid versions of those, i think the loot in other dungeons needs a lot more love.
I would love if they made Sunken Temple or Marauden raid, and it wouldn’t be too hard to do because they are both big and sprawling instances. They also happen to be my 3rd and 2nd favorite dungeons respectively.
The Sniper Scope and XTREME caster goggles patters are already on the AH so I’m thinking these aren’t as “locked” as we may believe
ST was not tagged at Blizzcon as the 50 raid… SM was… and to this point it is still the frontrunner based on that info.
Can they change the course sure… but they haven’t to date.
Yea but it’s weird hurricane did a video on it. Unless there’s a second ST trailer to come that’s a lot of work fot a quick joke. Pretty much the running theory anyway.
