“It’s Blizzard’s responsibility to make me likable so other people will want to play with me.”
It really wasn’t designed for pugging.
Get it into your head.
Every single person youve ever grouped with up to this point had potential to be part of that friend group. You just never took the initiative.
Thats not a blizzard fault.
I had someone who i hadnt seen in game for over a year apply to one of my keys the other day. They were added to the friends list through m+
A whole lot of probablies in that post of yours.
You probly gonna renew.
I have friends that I sometimes play with once a tier because goals align.
15s? Youre in like the top 1% of players if not then damn near. Most of them have groups they run with. I dont see PUGs being very successful at that range.
However, that being stated, real life isnt fair, why do so many people think WoW should be?
Cool story, bro.
Can you tell the part where you refuse to play your own key if you deplete it then blame others cuz you’re not getting runs? That’s my favorite part.
I feel this, it shouldn’t be this insane to get a group.
I’m geared doing 10s to pass the time with my group, but apply for a pug? Peak degeneracy.
To the special person saying it’s entitlement, just know you’re factually incorrect.
ooo does Queue Simulator come on oculus? I bet that’d be really fun.
Wild takes on the forums.
I lowkey agree with OP, it’s not fun signing on to do M+ and playing the queue game for 40m to try and get into a group.
That said, there’s such an elitism in the M+ high rated community. Like what OP is complaining about isn’t a “high key pushing problem” only, it’s an M+ problem.
I work at a restaurant, and a lot of these posts remind me of the most entitled people I’ve ever served. It’s just so odd to out yourself as a career WoW player–one with a year long sub who plays at a very specific, high level of the game–and then whine about how you’re leaving because of vague dissatisfaction with a rather nebulous downside to a highly niche aspect of a massive game.
It sounds like someone who buys a specific bottle of wine and then loudly declares that they’ll never come back because we poured with our left hand instead of our right, and then makes a new reservation on the way out.
Your problems are neither universal nor significant. It’s a game, and you’re allowed to just not be having fun without it being a grievance. Put down your protest banner and find something more important to be upset about.
It really not their job, for mythic keys are premade groups, IF you want to get a group, like you said, push your own keys, keys, no different the looking for a raid group, your pogging, so people gonna be picky, if want avoid that join a guild that also pushes keys
Boo hoo its a game get over
Ill take your gold
If your only game mode is M+ then I would quit too. Sitting in LFG for hours to maybe get into a key, then maybe time it, only to maybe get loot… Drip fed a single myth track each week, assuming you can get a 10 done. M+ just sucks these days. They kept upping the requirements for myth track, added 2 more levels of upgrades, everything’s slower. I’m starting to hate it.
Shadowlands and DF gear was much better, slowing my gearing makes me want to quit, not sit and grind it out.
I think I’ll take my $15 and use it on lottery tickets. This will have a more rewarding experience than wow now
Welcome to the modern gaming world. Only games worth playing are single player anymore. If there’s no interaction between players, there’s a much lower chance of a bunch of idiots ruining the game by complaining louder than the majority and having key systems changed to their (usually wrong) preferences.
With the RNG layers you’re just as likely to fail in WoW as you are IRL…
They only care about the mythic raiders. The mythic raiders want everything to be exclusive to them. Now we have that and only a small percent even bother participating.
If you’re struggling you just get told you suck go do follower dungeons or this is a you issue
You cry like the kid that gets his lunch money bullied out of him. Hear that? No one cares.
