Will not let me put in a card to pay for wow

any expected time time this services will be back my wow runs out in an hour and i would like to pay for more and cant…it keeps telling me something went wrong and wont even bring up the option to put anything in

i can but when i go to enter my card it simply wont bring anything up it says something went wrong and nothing more

Same here. I get a receipt code and then a email saying to upgrade my billing info. which has been done over and over. But nothing is going through??

It doesn’t work that way. You’ll need to submit a support ticket / live chat / call back request.

If you have the ability to, try using a different method of payment - such as PayPal and see if that allows you to workaround the issue you’re encountering.
