Will Khadgar's wheelchair be plot relevant?

I don’t know if you used the two balls of vision residing in your skull, but the wheelchair IS magically floating, it’s just a magic transmog of a wheelchair made by his lover applied to a magical object that is levitating him around, the wheels serve no function, it’s not really a wheelchair.

IT IS FLOATING! Look at it in game. It’s not really a wheelchair.

I feel like the whole thing was a wasted moment. It’s kind of silly for him to come back so soon. They didn’t even really give us time to “mourn” him before they were like “lol just kidding.” As for the wheelchair, it’s kind of a neat to finally have a lore reason why people come back weakened after they’re resurrected. So, the next time you think about complaining that you don’t get rezzed at 100%, just think about ol’ Dadgar and be thankful you can still walk.

He’s actually mostly weakened because he broke his entire body down into arcane energy and was then sucked into the dark heart, he then had to reconfigure himself in a violent moment as the dark heart broke and he materialized, but he messed up the materializing and didn’t come back with an intact spine, and then died, and then was revived, but his spine is actual magically screwed now.

That’s the low hanging fruit assumption “must be inclusive box ticking not actual plot”. It’s not the case. Also the magic chair is floating if you actually have a look.

Male characters just don’t have the disposition for highly combative situations. I think he learned his lesson. AND. Hopefully some strong female characters can push his chair on his behalf.

i hope they give us a mount with a couple of rockets to go turbo on it

I did see that. I’ve been floating just fine without a wheelchair for years. It’s unnecessary and dumb.

his wheelchair will be the last raid tiers mount drop as he is turned into a giant professor X wanna be raid boss

He shows up in Return to Karazhan in the flesh just before you do the final encounter of the mega-dungeon. He gives Khadgar a pep talk about what truly made someone a Guardian. It was never about the power but the strength of will.

He was resurrected by Aegwynn sometime before the events of Warcraft 3. The timeline has it around 2 years before the start of the Third War.

Medivh was resurrected by his mum just before the events of Warcraft 3, for obvious reasons.

Not really but he already saw that he was outmatched and he probably will take a lot of time to recover.

Plus dadgar lost his Staff.

Are you planning on getting its fragments and make it yours or am I tripping?

Whether Khadgar fully recovers or not also depends on if he’s supposed to have paraplegia. If his legs are supposed to be paralyzed, he’s probably never regaining the ability to walk.

Khadgar?? How so?

Khadgar and Xal’atath will have a final promo together before the raid and Khadgar is going to surprise everyone by getting out of the wheel chair and then using it to beat down Xal’atath WWE style.

I suspect you don’t know what this means.

She will lift him out of his wheelchair and destroy him, much like Phoenix destroyed Charles Xaiver in X-3, which will de facto the role of guardian to Jaina (which is in line with the big their push for more female character leaders)

Wait. This implies Modera is alive. Right?

Foreshadowing for a huge Mage class nerf? I mean, it’s about 20 years overdue. Could you imagine the salt it would bring?

Wait… wheelchair… where, what did I miss? What???
