I know I saw this video months ago LITERALLY all we have is this guys story. Doesn’t make it true. Also out of that MASSIVE group 3 were banned. 3 may have been using hacks without the GMs knowledge or Botting programs. Literally all we have is this guys narrative.

Again, probably depends on the exact phrasing.
Simply stating that someone is underperforming is probably fine, but adding in colorful language, or berating the player about it, not so much.
