I just did a few quests and messed around some. Really have literally zero interest in continuing with retail WoW and going to scuttle my last retail character sticking with WOTLK / Cata
Yeah, but they make you answer a riddle first.
Blizzard doesn’t refund anything. The only way you can get anything back is through your credit card but then Blizzard will hardware ban you.
First of all this question might be better for a customer service oriented forum, not a realm forum. I don’t think the mods darken our door often.
Second of all… I’d be surprised if they did refund it? I mean evidently you bought the game, you played it… why should you get a refund for getting bored?
Guess I am out 50 bucks… LOL. The situation is I was gone for so long, there is no way I can catch up with the rest of the player base. Been releveling my warrior of WOTLK and enjoy it. Probably going to remake Sadgati too for Cata.
Can I have ur stuff
I am only offering it those know. Someone on my Ark cluster who also plays on WRA will be claiming the gold.
They would be reasonably likely to refund your purchase if you made it within the last 14 days and have not played for more than two hours. If the purchase is older than that or you’ve played longer than that, you can ask, but it’s less likely.
Man, I got Shadowlands for free and still overpaid for that content. I think you’re out of luck.
As a rule Blizzard, or Acti-Blizz, never refunds. At best, you’ll be given a credit for their in-game stores, either for shop item or towards one of their other games. The only thing Blizzard loves more than abusive work environments is the money they squeeze out of their players.
If this were any other expansion, you might be right. But DFlight is built to allow the fastest of catch-ups. It’s never been easier.
I wish I could refund all the hours I gave this company after the truth of what they did came out.
But I really should’ve drawn the line after Hong Kong. Personal learning experience, I suppose.
Not even sure what I’d do with all that money. I guess I could use another rug.
Honest question Saeleathe- do you ever feel like posting on the forums of a game you don’t really enjoy is kinda like stalking an ex you hate on Facebook?
I play Turtle WoW and I talk about Warcraft with my buddies from time to time. I came in here to look something up from eons ago and was morbidly surprised to see I’m still allowed to view and post, so I started wandering around.
I don’t have an issue with Warcraft itself. An IP is just an IP and as far as I’m aware, unlike its makers, it didn’t drive anyone to suicide.
Turtle WoW?
“Another player has made it to the water!”
Do you have an issue with Craftwar?
I had to google this. What am I looking at? Is that WoW or not WoW?
It’s a fan project that diverged from the point of the Burning Crusade. Over there it never happened. The Blood Elves never joined the Horde, and the Draenei never joined the alliance. Instead, the High Elves joined the Alliance, and the goblins joined the Horde.
It’s basically a game locked in the past. With questionable views of the lore and how it all interacts.
Neat idea, but I find it’s lore adherence troubling and more than a little off putting. Not wanting to engage with the cosmic stuff I can relate too… wanting to group the races up based on their looks I don’t.
It sounds interesting honestly, WoW alt history. I love how things played out with the Belves and Draenei, but I’d be interested to see an alternate universe take!
I hate crafting. I hate watching the yellow bar fill up. I hate harvesting six pallets of ore to make two items. I hate the economy. I hate how hard it is for a Night Elf to break into a Dwarf-dominated market. I hate how Angus Grimforge just picked up a sword I spent eighteen days crafting and smoked it like a cigar.
