Wild soul illusion shows red in my appearance tab and not available when I go to transmog. I purchased for 2500 anima from wild hun renown vendor upon hitting 36 renown and I am not able to use it.
It looks like it is an issue that we’re aware of and a hotfix is currently in testing. I don’t have an ETA on when it will make it to live, but it’s being worked on.

Its still happening my friend.
And they are still working on a fix. When they have a fix that works, it will be hotfixed in.

You can also keep the hotfix blog bookmarked and check in from time to time to see what’s addressed. It’s updated with some regularity.

Hopefully they do something about this illusions alignment.
On most weapons it doesnt look properly aligned
Be sure to report any issues you may find with it in the Bug Report forum or through the in-game interface. If you have screenshots illustrating the issue (including the name of the weapon), that would help our QA team.
