Wild Growth Target Priority: Pets > Players?

more bumpage

At this rate we MIGHT get it resolved by ToC.

probably by Ruby Sanctum…

It even heals a blood DKs worms. Which I don’t see any way that this is an intended mechanic.

Can we PLEASE get a Dev to look at this?!

I did the math and 16.28% of my wild growth in Naxx 25 went onto pets this week. More of it went on fire elementals and mirror clones than on the rogue I cast wild growth on most frequently. It’s maddening.

big ol bump

bumping and hoping they fix this with tomorrows maintenance

i dont see an issue with this, it keeps your huntards, dk’s and warlocks from constantly complaining about their pet dying when they suck at managing them.

it impacts our ability to heal in both raids and dungeons by not targeting the things that need to stay alive. I can throw a hot on a pet if I want to but this is supposed to be a smart heal that doesnt heal even the tiniest bit smartly. It means our second most cast heal in general hit targets that cannot even take healing…

@Qis As stated by Nympf, this is our second most frequently cast spell. It’s our main AoE heal, and by targeting pets, not only is the heal wasted on players that need it, it completely negates the replenishment of rage, mana, and energy this spell is supposed to bring.

I was thinking by TOC, but I’m starting to think the fix will come in Cata.
