Doesn’t look like it. 
Unlikely as it’s tied to a removed legendary cloak, I think they feel the boss and his temple are considered “retired” content that only people who played in MoP are allowed to access.
Which is a little sad I guess as the Yaungol are really cool and his temple is like the pinnacle of their society.

Out of all the bull headed things to do, removing the questline and not allowing for people to access Ordos was a bad move. They could have replaced the cloak with plain one from MoP.

Sorry but I don’t think removing the questline for the cloak was a bad move. People had ALL expansion to do it and if people were in the middle of the quest they were still able to complete it.
I do agree though that the boss should not be locked to the cloak anymore though. He doesn’t even drop anything special unless you like certain mogs. But either way, the lock needs to be removed. And I have the cloak too so I am on on the side of removing the lock.

I started lata Cata but didn’t know anything about the game. So when MoP came out I was barely knowledgeable of the game.

The questlines for the cloak in MoP and the ring in WoD were integral to the expansion’s story and removing stories from the game is always a stupid idea. Leave the cloak out if you feel the need for it to be special for some reason but the quests should absolutely be back in the game.

Better question: why can’t we see the cloak effect when using it for mog?

That’s patch 5.4 which was MoP, once you touch down in the sanctuary you get teleported back to Celestial Court.
The chest area isn’t part of the santucary.

Oh wow I didn’t know they fixed that. That’s bull. So wait if you don’t have the cloak at all on your account it teleports you out?

Bring the cloak questline back. Ring too.
Keep the title out. Give people that got the ring in WoD “Legend of Draenor.”

I disagree, if the questline was not such a big part of the questing in MoP at max level then I would agree. It is such a good questline that was removed from the game for no reason when they could have removed the reward or changed it to something else.

Not only that, but it’s the only place non-rogues saw Wrathion in game at all prior to him showing up in BfA.
Any new players that don’t play rogues (or don’t put in the time to get the Dragon Soul daggers) have absolutely no idea who he is other than some random dragon that showed up to fight N’zoth.
Since they mentioned he’s going to be important in Dragonflight, they should absolutely add at least the questline back so players who joined after Mists can learn who he is outside of a wiki page.
